Privacy Policy

• Account: name, email, photo and LinkedIn account identifier, received when you sign in with LinkedIn.
• Professional profile: public data from your LinkedIn profile (headline, about, experience, education, skills, location and public posts), collected when you provide your profile URL, plus the information you enter yourself (role, industry, tone of voice, topics, companies).
• Content: ideas, drafts, posts, images, links, documents and audio you submit or generate, publishing times and automatic publishing preferences.
• LinkedIn integration: the access token LinkedIn provides so we can publish on your behalf, and metrics for published posts (impressions, reactions, comments).
• Inspiration profiles: when you choose to follow other LinkedIn profiles, we collect those profiles' public posts to show them to you.
• Payments: plan and billing history. For card payments we keep only the card brand, last 4 digits and cardholder name; the full card number is handled directly by the payment provider. Customers billed in Brazil also provide a tax ID (CPF/CNPJ), phone number and address.
• Usage and device: IP address, browser type, language, time zone, approximate country (derived from IP), pages visited, error logs and, if you allow it, your browser push notification subscription.
• Communications: messages you send us, and delivery and open status for emails we send.
• Website visitors: if you paste a LinkedIn profile URL on our home page to see a preview, we store that URL, the public profile data shown in the preview and the IP address of the request.

• To provide the Service — create your account, generate ideas, text and images in your style, schedule and publish on LinkedIn, and show your metrics (performance of our contract with you).
• To bill your subscription, send receipts and handle refunds and disputes (contract and legal obligations).
• To send account, billing and security emails (contract).
• To send tips, product updates and usage reminders (legitimate interest). Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can manage notifications in Settings.
• To show the home page preview and, if you did not create an account, occasionally reach out through the public channels of the profile you entered to introduce the Service (legitimate interest). You can ask us to delete this data at any time.
• To prevent fraud and abuse (per-IP limits, bot checks), keep the Service secure and fix errors (legitimate interest).
• To keep access logs and tax records for the periods required by law and to respond to lawful requests (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your content to train our own artificial intelligence models.

We share personal information only with service providers that operate parts of the Service on our behalf, limited to what each one needs:

• LinkedIn — sign-in and publishing the posts you approve or schedule.
• Clerk — authentication and session management.
• Vercel — website and app hosting.
• Supabase — database.
• Cloudflare — image storage (R2) and bot protection (Turnstile).
• OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, and Pollinations — text and image generation and audio transcription. We send what each generation needs (your request, parts of your profile and the sources you chose).
• Apify — collection of public LinkedIn profile and post data.
• Jina AI — reading the text of article links you submit.
• Resend — email delivery.
• Upstash — scheduling publishing and email jobs.
• Stripe — payments outside Brazil. Asaas — payments in Brazil.

We may also disclose information to comply with a court order or legal obligation, to defend our rights, or as part of a corporate reorganization, always subject to this Policy.

We are based in Brazil, and several of our providers store or process data in other countries, mainly the United States. These transfers are necessary to provide the Service to you and are covered by contractual data protection commitments.

• Account data and content: for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
• Application access logs: 6 months, as required by Brazilian law (Marco Civil da Internet).
• Billing and tax records: for the period required by tax law (generally 5 years).
• Data from visitors who pasted a profile on the home page and did not create an account: up to 12 months after their last lookup.
• Backups are overwritten periodically by our infrastructure providers.

We only use cookies that are necessary for the Service to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your language and pricing region, protecting the LinkedIn sign-in flow and linking the home page preview to your new account. Cloudflare's bot protection may set its own cookies.

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we start using analytics or marketing tools that require consent, we will update this Policy and ask for your permission first. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, because we do not track you across other websites.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to: confirm whether we process your personal information; give you access to it or a portable copy; correct it; delete it; tell you who we share it with; and stop processing based on our legitimate interests, such as marketing emails. Brazilian residents have these rights under article 18 of the LGPD.

Residents of U.S. states with consumer privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others) may have similar rights to know, access, correct, delete and opt out, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

Many of these actions are available in the Service (edit your profile, manage notifications, delete your account). For anything else, email suporte@betopvoice.com. We will respond within 15 days (or sooner if your local law requires) and may ask for information to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where your law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or with the data protection or consumer authority where you live.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), database access controls, per-account data segregation and providers with recognized security practices. No system is completely immune to incidents; if an incident creates a significant risk to you, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

The Service is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the Service before they take effect. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
